How do we create our brownie flavours?
Sometimes a great idea will just pop into our heads, or we’ll do a team brainstorming sessions to get the ball rolling. Other times, a friend or family member will let us know what kind of brownie they’d love to see. We’ll ask our customers, the barista at our local coffee shop, and even strangers off the street. We particularly love it when our customers email us with a great idea. And once we’ve got the first inkling of one, we’ll tell our head chef so he can work out a recipe to bring that brownie to life. While not every flavour will make it into one of our boxes, we’ll still create it to make sure we’re not missing the next flavour icon. But sometimes – actually, quite often – we’ll create one so utterly scrumptious that it needs to be permanently cemented in our hall of brownie fame.
