FAQs

What ingredients do we use to make our brownies so delicious?

We always use the best ingredients we can get hold of to make our brownies so flavoursome, fudgy and decadent. We use fair trade chocolate and free range eggs to make sure other people (and chickens) benefit from our brownies too.

Remember: great ingredients + amazing chefs = awesome brownies.

What allergens are there in the brownies?

All our brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya and there may be traces of nut too as our kitchen is not nut free!

Is gluten free an option?

Short answer: Yes - gluten free salted caramel brownie.

Long answer: all our brownies contain gluten, but we do make a gluten free salted caramel brownie, which tastes almost the same as our usual brownies (after much testing!). This can be bought in markets in any quantity, or online in a 25-bite box. Simply add the regular caramel box to your basket, and write "gluten free" in the "Special comments/notes" section.

We cannot provide gluten free brownies as part of the chef selection box.

How do I add a note?

Just write it in the 'Special notes/comments' section at checkout - this includes delivery requests and messages.

If you're not sure, just email us at info@badbrownie.co.uk
