World Vegan Month
World Vegan Month

This November marks World Vegan Month and we’re taking the opportunity to showcase our amazing collection of vegan goodies. We launched our first vegan brownie back in 2017, which went on to be sold in Pret A Manger coffee shops across the country. Fast forward to today and we’ve got a whole bunch of vegan brownie flavours, plus our delicious salted caramel sauce.

Please note, this year's log is smaller than last year's version.

What is World Vegan Month?

World Vegan Month began life as World Vegan Day, first held on the 1st November 1994 to celebrateThe Vegan Society’s 50th anniversary. From there, the day became World Vegan Week and eventually World Vegan Month. This year, The Vegan Society is using November to promote its Future Normal campaign that highlights the way we view animals we love and care for, versus animals that are exploited.

5 easy ways to try out a plant-based diet

1- Swap your regular milk for a plant-based alternative. Almond milk is a great low-calorie option, while oat milk is best for those that like a frothy coffee.

2-Go meat-free on Mondays (or any day of the week you fancy). Use it as an opportunity to try out a plant-based recipe that’s caught your eye.

3- Up your plant intake. If there’s a veggie out there that you’ve never tried before, make it your mission to incorporate it into your cooking.

4-Check the ingredients in your personal care products. It might surprise you that many aren’t vegan or cruelty-free! If you’re looking to switch, take a look at this list of cruelty-free beauty brands.

5-Celebrate your small vegan wins with our plant-based brownies. Making a big change requires some motivation along the way – and our brownies are the perfect bites of encouragement.
