Our gourmet production kitchen is always on the lockout for enthusiastic people with a can do attitude to join our small team.
The pastry chef position would ideally suit a recently qualified commis pastry chef looking for their first position in a working kitchen. It could also suit someone who is passionate about baking and eager to learn more. Pastry chef will assist in day to day baking production, decorating and cutting brownies for wholesale, corporate, market and customer orders.
The kitchen porter will be full of energy and enthusiasm undaunted by whatever job needs to be done. This job never stops and there is always something to be done in our busy and friendly kitchen. We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to do because they will already have spotted that and be doing it before being told! Speed is of the essence as well as a positive and sunny attitude!
Hours according to rota - day or night shift.
